Where I ship

Worldwide, from County Wexford, Ireland.

How long it takes

Every painting is packed by hand, so please allow about a week from your order before it goes out. After that, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days within Ireland, up to 2 weeks for the UK and the rest of the EU, and 2 to 3 weeks for the US and further afield.

If you need a painting by a particular date, message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly whether it can be done. I reply usually within a day!

Packing

The painted surface is covered with a protective sheet, the painting is wrapped and cornered, and the whole thing goes into a double walled box with space around it on every side. Every parcel is fully insured at no extra cost to you.

Customs and duties

Orders within the EU have nothing further to pay. For the UK, the US and elsewhere, your country may charge import duty or tax on arrival. That is set by your own customs service and is outside my control, so it is worth checking your local threshold before ordering. Original works of art often attract a reduced rate.

If something arrives damaged

Take photographs of the box and the painting before you unpack any further, and send them to me the same day. I will sort it out and it will not cost you anything.

Returns

If the painting is not right for you, let me know within 14 days of receiving it. Send it back in its original packing, and once it reaches me safely I will refund you in full. Return postage is yours unless the painting arrived damaged or was not what was described, in which case I cover it.

Buying art online is a leap. If you are unsure about size, colour or whether a piece suits your room, message me first and I will send more photographs.
